Paint Codes

The paint codes for my 1986 Bertone are located in the rear trunk lid and yours may be in the same place.

You can make paint a 1500 lime green and fit 1300 bumpers and engine cover. It's what I did back in 2005! And I did it last year with a black 1987 car. I did it in non metallic screaming lime green, a la 1974.

Wonder if Janspeed would consider making them exhausts again? Feels a bit morbid discussing your will!

Cheers,

Mickey

paint code

on the 74? it is on the drivers door entrance or on the inner fender pass side under the front trunk.
your choices are as follows.
117 verde cascine
142 verde metallic
118 Dublin green
109 ascot green
874 green
331 green
391 ocean green
311 green
312 green
336 green
308 marina green
329 medium green
358 light green
374 avocado green
304 light green
388 dark green
these are all the green paint codes for green til 1982.
if im not mistaken, the earlier the car, the lower the number. I think #117 might be the lime green. the id plate no the d/s door entrance is plastic so the only thing embossed (raised stamping) is the vin #. the rest was painted and mostly painted over on bodywork, repaint. the one under the hood is all stamped and at the very bottom is the 3 digit p code. my list is from 82 so I will check and if I have an earlier one.

Mickey's correct...I am currently converting a 1989 Gran Finale in Mica Rosso, into the much more pleasing 1300 look...I have the 1/4 bumpers, the slimmer engine cover and the 2 side grills/covers, the front grill, 1/4 light windows without mirror holes...

I just need the fill in front spoiler($149.99 from Bayless) in GRP...I'm also going to fit 7x15 wheels with 195/45x15 tires front, and 205/50x15 rear, fit AVO coilovers(L-O-W!!)

I am currently re-building a 1301cc Uno Turbo engine/box, to approx 150bhp(fitting the turbo gearbox internals into the X19 casings)

lots of work to do...:sigh:
