Floor mats

WYOX19

True Classic
I just cleaned up the Queen's floor mats and noticed a little wear. The Mats have a raised Bertone "B" on them and one looked a little scuffed and some color was missing. I re-dyed the "B" and it came out good.
Sometime in the future I'll replace the mats and I thought that I would just get some black carpet and a piece of leather for the "B" and make them myself. We have a heavy duty sewing machine so it will be easy and cheap. My point in all of this is that floor mats are easy and cheap, so why not make them?

IMO the key to a great floor mat vs a so-so one is the hundreds of little nubs on the back that grip the carpet and keep the mat from sliding.

The carpeted mats that (pardon the pun) Matt sells at Midwest have such nubs and in my limited driving seemed to stay put. They are just plain black so not a lot of pizzazz, though.

They're cut just a "scouch" too wide for my later Bertone, but we're only talking about maybe a 1/4" to 1/2 per side per mat.

I also have Matt's floor mats and will vouch for them.
They stay put, fit perfectly, and look great.
Not fancy -- no logos. But also reasonably priced (IMO) for what you get.
