Living in S. California, we don't necessarily purchase windshield wipers because it's going to rain,which is a highly infrequent event, but rather when the existing wipers have disintegrated into nothingness.

With that said, if you have a Costco in the area, there's presently a sale on Goodyear Hybrid wipers for $4.99, after discount is taken at cashier. Smallest size they have is 16", which fits just fine.

(Thanks Cesare for the head-up at Costco... I'm afraid those $4.99 wipers will cost me over $50 bucks (to renew my membership) and $350 bucks if the wife comes with me...)

Thank God I keep my wipers safely stored in the trunk where I can get at them in a FLASH when I need them!

OH... and secondly, many rave about "RAINEX" and it is indeed a good product. I recently tried "INVISIBLE GLASS" as their motto says, "Makes glass invisible..." It also does a good job at displacing water just like Rainex does after three or four applications!
