The last Blackbird mention on Xweb 1.0 was Sept 12th 2008. That was a comment by you.

The most recent mention I can find on Xweb 2.0 is by user "Charlie_Thomas" on Aug 19th, 2011. At least I guess he is talking about "the" Blackbird. He has not visited Xweb 2.0 since Aug 29th, 2012. Perhaps someone in the PNW knows where the car ended up?

I believe Blackbird comes up in almost every weight reduction thread. It is tradition after all. :thumbsup:

Reading through them,
it appears Matt "wingnut" Mckay had BlackBird after Scot L, in 2010.

Not clear if there were owners between Scot & Matt.
I seem to recall Matt posting it was non-op, & for sale some years ago.

Appears Charles Thomas in OakHarbor WA got it from Matt,
& posted a pending sale to a "Jim" in OakHarbor WA in 2012.

Appears "Jim" may have used handle of ffemt613
when inquiring about rewiring a '77 X (same yr as Blackbird).
That posted in 2012, & no trace of Blackbird since...that I could find.

Scot: I still have my BlackX from early-90s SeaX gatherings.
Mothballed it in mid-'90s, & had several other Xs since.
All those have been sold,
but keeping my finger in the X pie with BlackX...for now anyway.
