First winter projects done (Distributor)

Hi guys,
my first winter project is done!
The project goal is to refreshing the Bosch distributor.


What I have done:

• Disassembly the distributor and cleaned, polish shaft and different internal parts.
• Paint the distributor housing and apply a clear coat.
• Validate the impedance of the pickup coil.
• Test vacuum diaphragm.
• Reassembled with light grease for the moving parts (Centrifuge advance).
• Install new cap and rotor... Done, look like a brand new:guitar:

Looks great Yves,

You did that fast. The shaft and weights look like polished stainless. Very nice work! :thumbsup:
