Tensioner Bearing

Hi Guys, Long time since I've posted. Need a little help from the collective. My engine rebuild is going well and things are getting close to the finish line. Hopefully, it will be going back in the car in mid-late April. The engine builder is trying to sort out the tensioner bearing and we can't seem to find a spacer as shown in the manual (item 2) that goes against the bearing. The pic shows that is has a lip/ridge on the back that goes into the bearing. Right now all I have a the 2 washers. Everything on the engine is brand new, about all I'm reusing is the block and the crank. I have a new Breda tensioner bearing, but am missing that spacer. Does anyone know where I can get one?
