Warning: mobile smog inspection

I've never had the privilege as of late...

Last time for me was in '74 when I had a '66 Bug that failed because I hogged out the resonators for a deeper, mellower and LOUDER sound.

I think it cost me around 5 bucks to replace them... then took it to the local CHP to sign off the Fix-it Ticket... and he just looked back there from near the front of the car and said, "Yep, they're there..."

Geez...

Anyway, I'll certainly remember that if I ever get pulled it!

WOW Hussein... Are you retired er sumthun?

Where the hell did you find the time to do all that plumbing...

Is what we are seeing here all the X1/9 parts you removed from your X and reinstalled them on your Volvo?

Is this a C30??? Can we see more of it, PLEASE?

Good work my friend... must be a real kick as well...

Its a V70 AWD, 1998. I would like a C30, but I'd have to do an AWD conversion...

I've been gradually changing it around over the past 7 years. Up to 445AWHP as of last summer.

Revised suspension, MUCH bigger brakes, pretty much everything mechanical on the wagon is no longer stock.

This thread catalogs the changes over the years, if you care to browse when you have some time to spare.

I'm also putting LS2 GM Coil packs on soon, have to work on a custom mount rail, custom wires & modified ECU software to supper them. I seem to have trouble keeping the stock Bosch Coil-on-plug setup from breaking up at high RPM/load.
