Midwest-Bayless Open House - Saturday June 18

Hey everyone,

It's about that time to start planning the summer calendar, so be sure to mark your attendance at our annual open house.

This year's open house is Saturday, June 18, 11:00 AM - 3:00PM.

As in previous years, we encourage anyone coming in from out of town to arrive on Friday evening, we will host a dinner out, and Saturday AM we will have a "pre-open-house" presentation at our local "Cars-N-Coffee" which is only about a mile away from our shop.

MWB shindig

Gonna be bringing an 86 I built for a pal. Delivering it from California, getting in on 17th to Marietta, Ohio. Will be driving to your shop on the 18th if all goes well. Looking forward to seeing you and your crew again Matt. This car has a bunch of parts you supplied.

Matt, Erika and plan on driving from NH. Maybe with a trailer again...

OK, I booked a room

Matt,

I am going to try to make it up there Friday night. I got a room at the Varsity which kinda has room for trailers, but very limited spots. Is it safe to park a trailer overnight in that field outside your fence if I can't put it in the hotel lot?

Thinking of coming also if I can get the 86 back together.

I am also thinking of coming with my 86 but not sure I will have it back from paint in time to get it all back together to make it. I would like to drive it, but with just getting back together I might have to put it in the box trailer.

For those of you who are out-of-town: This same weekend is the annual national Ferrari Club of America meet here in Columbus. This is a Really. Big. Deal., featuring the rarest of the rare. There will be tons of eye candy at the host hotel (Hilton at Polaris) not to mention the concours on Sunday.

I will be heading for MWB in about 30 minutes. Looks like a warm, but fairly stable weather pattern for the weekend. Mid 80s on Sat for CandC and then the Open House. Sweet. Makes for an easier drive too.
