How much boost are you running? Is it stock? Do you check the oil regularly / how many miles on the motor, etc.,
What lead up to the knock condition (when did you notice it / had you driven it harder than usual / etc.,)
You can use a stethyscope or a very long screwdriver held to you ear to listen around the motor for the location (head, block, etc) to better isolate the source.
