anti-door ding "bumper" replacements

I'm not sure exactly what these are called, but there are two strips along the car to protect from being hit by other cars' doors.
There are inserts in them with black rubbery plastic. Mine have all shrunk and I'd like to replace them. Midwest hasn't ever had them. Any idea where to get them?
 
They used to be available at all car dealerships as an aftermarket add on. They were never a Fiat part.

My car has two sets running down the sides. I absolutely hate them and don't look forward to filling the holes from all the rivets down the sides...
