Short video of the Facom 347 flaring tool. This is the one used in the shop. It works really, really well. These are not common specially in the US due to their cost and few know this Facom flaring tool is available.

The current Eastwood Pro flaring tool has it's origins in this design. The flaring dies are on a turret on the Eastwood. The Facom has the flaring die floats allowing the die to self-center to the tube to be flared. This along with the guide in the tube clamp die assures the finished flares are straight and properly aligned to the end of the tube.
