X1/9 License plate? NO - just coincidence

'85 and '83
Check out this license plate that I found in one of my sheds in our Vermont vacation house.

At first I thought it might have been from my original 1974 X1/9 (one of the first in the country) but then I saw the 2009 date of its last registry and realized my '74 was off the road by 1985. I've concluded it was a totally random issue from the State of Vermont for my father's' Renault LeCar (R5).

At first glance, it looks like SeX1/9!!!

Complete coincidence but I found it quiet funny and thought to share it.

Ahh, the days of the VT 5 digit license plates. My very first plate was 5D266. To which I got around 1983.

My first VT plate was 319L and my second was BX234

The first from 1978 and the second was in 1981
