Lancia Scorpion 037 Tribute Projects around the forum

Old enough to know better
As Pete Whitestone isn't one to toot his own horn, here is a link to the work he has been doing on converting a Lancia Scorpion into a 037 Tribute car.

I knew he had been working on it but hadn't been paying much attention of late.

His is not the only one in process, racheljf also has one with a very different approach to power, this is a thread here on the forum:

It is very interesting seeing the different approaches to a similar end.

Thanks for linking those, Karl!

Both Impressive Builds!

I love the fabrication work!

Amongst many other nice details on both, Pete making his own axles & lathe-turning ribbed pulleys is lovely to view :)

Thanks for the free press!

I'm also following several other builds, although I don't think these people are on the forum.

Another 037 build, although it's been a while since any updates.

An 037 build that is a couple years (at least!) ahead of mine. Audi V8 power!

And a V6 Acura swap into a Scorpion (non-037).

An interesting Alfa build which is just getting under way, using the same SHO/Boxster drivetrain as I am.

There is also an 037 build that is just beginning on the East coast, Virginia I think. I'm not sure that one's being documented yet as it is not very far along yet, but if that changes I will post it here.

I have been following your Dallara build with great interest. I wish my project was progressing as fast as yours seems to be, but I imagine you are throwing a lot of hours at it based on how much is getting done. Great work!
