Good evening everyone. I just needed to share an experience I had with the folks at Bayless. I had received a part I was not happy with and emailed them with my concern. Without so much as a whisper, the fine folks at Bayless just made it right, no questions asked. That is world class customer service and a showing of true caring for their customers.
