More of a rhetorical question really, if you know what it is : )
Hint: Shaft end of an assembly that is pretty rare.

A stamping die, or lase trail would be so much 'better'.

Probably ordering a couple from our preferred supplier would be the best approach overall ?

Let's just say that I did not want the lead, albeit quick, time in the part ordering/receiving process : ) i.e. needed it NOW.

.......or perhaps even more frugal (read tight budget) than the "Natoli Method" ? Is that possible ?

Looks like a wheel bearing lock washer or something like that, but I can't recall exactly what. I'll have to look it up in a manual just to stop trying to figure it out. Need any 850 manuals?
 
Camshaft bolt lock washer :confused:
That little tab bends down into one of the holes in the camshaft sprocket. You then bend one edge flat on one of the bolt sides.

Nope. That one only has the tab on the outside edge. Like this:
