10% Engine Oil Mixed With Gas When Storing

In my 1986 Bertone Owners manual it says when placing car in storage to mix gas with 10% engine oil. Never heard that before.
 
just like your lawnmower- lol

yeah they make a packet of stuff they sell at lawnmower shops, supposed to put in the gas for storage, looks like oil to me...this confirms my thoughts that it probably is just oil
