Weird X1/9 kit car?

I just saw this ad... It is hard to tell what it really was.. It almost looks like a Scorpion / Montecarlo with an X1/9 dash. Engine is a twin cam..

Although it was a wide variety of X and Lancia bits in it, there is no X frame or other tell tales. Pretty neat and I have never seen one. Cleaned up it could be niceish
