Finally Complete

Yup, and US only.
Early euro cars had two narrow levers, the other being a hand throttle.
Also, the US choke had two distinct positions, making it easier for owners to operate.
The euro version required more feel.
I guess also the did not trust US customers with a hand throttle. :)
Euro cars were also missing the plastic trim, the levers protruded through a cutout in the carpet.
